philosophy

Adhikara, meaning "authority" in Sanskrit, is a main theme in our advanced teacher training program. We could also translate adhikara as "qualification" or to suggest one has possession of specific knowledge. An adhikari is a person with the ability to interpret, apply and teach this knowledge.

The Adhikara Kula Program is designed to:

  • Expand on past lessons and experiences
  • Strengthen your training in a specific topic
  • Escalate your level of confidence when teaching
  • Refine your perception of the subject matter being taught

Our aim is not only to share new information but help you to synthesize the knowledge and understanding you've already attained.
